Cancellation Policy
Reiki Energy Healings:
Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled booking will result in a charge for the full amount.
If you need to make changes to your booking, please notify Jack at least 48 hours before your appointment.
Failure to attend your scheduled appointment or canceling on the day of your booking will result in forfeiture of the entire booking price without refund.
To cancel or reschedule, please email Jack at jack@harmonysoul.co.nz or call 027 395 9115.
If you are running late, please inform Jack. Your session may be shortened if there is another booking immediately following yours.
Sound Bath Events:
Sound bath event tickets are non-refundable.
You may transfer your ticket to another session or person if you notify Jack at least 48 hours before the event begins.
Ticket transfers are not possible within 48 hours of the event.
Please inform Jack of any changes to ensure the ticket details are updated for the new attendee.
Terms of Service
By booking a Reiki healing appointment or purchasing a Sound Bath event ticket with Harmony Soul, I affirm the following:
1. Physical and Mental Health: I am in good physical health and mental condition, capable of fully participating in activities such as Reiki Healings, sound baths, workshops, and other events offered by Harmony Soul (Jack Lawton).
2. Purpose of Activities: I understand that these activities are intended for entertainment and relaxation purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Professional Medical Care: Any personal medical concerns or conditions are under the care of a qualified healthcare professional. I acknowledge that Reiki healing and Sound Bath events are complementary therapies and do not replace traditional medical treatments.
4. Personal Discretion: Any advice or guidance provided during these sessions is at my own discretion, and I am responsible for determining how to incorporate it into my life.
5. Liability Release: I release Jack Lawton and Harmony Soul from any liability, including but not limited to, injuries, damages, or losses arising from my participation in Reiki healing sessions, Sound Bath events, workshops, or any other activities organised by Harmony Soul.
6. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with participating in these activities, including risks that may not be foreseeable.
7. Voluntary Participation: I confirm that my participation in Reiki healing sessions, Sound Bath events, workshops, or any other activities offered by Harmony Soul is voluntary and based on my own decision.
By booking services, attending appointments, or entering Harmony Soul's premises, I confirm my understanding and voluntary acceptance of these terms and conditions.
