Absolutely fantastic Jack. Loved loved loved the Matariki Sound Bath tonight. It was a magical experience. You set the scene beautifully from the fairy lights and welcoming message on the door and then your glorious sounds. Have booked for the next one already! 🙌

I have heard a lot about Reiki but have not tried it before. I went without any expectations, just wanting to try something that I have heard a lot about. Jack was very welcoming, and I got to say there is a peaceful aura about Jack. The ambience of the room is also very peaceful. During the session, I didn't feel any heat or tingling but I relaxed to a point where I felt like I drifted off. When the session finished, it felt so relaxing, sort of like waking up from a sleep without any dreams. For anyone wanting to try Reiki, I would recommend going to Harmony Soul/ Jack. He makes you feel at ease. :)

Before my session, I felt blockages throughout my body but couldn’t pinpoint where. After my session, I felt more congruent with my physical body and emotional self; I was able to identify areas in my body of where I store trauma, leading me to be more mindful as I live my day-to-day. Jack gave me a safe, non-judgemental environment to aid me with my journey healing.

So so safe and held. Like whatever came up was good and right and healthy and if I needed anything at any point, it would have been 100% all good. From the work, I had a lot of varying emotions that were able to come through and move and be big. Which honestly felt like such a relief. It feels good to let them breathe, where so often they don't get the full space they need. Afterwards - I felt so light, so present in my body and with my self. Some of the thoughts / feelings stayed with me for a while afterwards but again, not in a heavy way, in a breathing/allowing space way. I felt so aware of the people and animals and environment around me (went for a walk on the beach! Bliss) and just so grateful and grounded. Since the session.. I think there's a softness emotionally which feels really lovely. Less tight/held. And I definitely have felt lighter and more open.
